1. Replacement Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a hassle-free replacement process if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
*Within 7 Days of Delivery:** If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a **Free Replacement** with no extra shipping fees.
Between 8 to 30 Days of Delivery:** Replacement requests made during this period will be processed, but will incur standard shipping and handling fees.
**After 30 Days of Delivery:** We regret that we cannot accept any replacement or return requests after this period.
*Please note: All sales on discounted, clearance, or sale items are final and cannot be returned or replaced.
2 . How to Request a Replacement
To ensure a quick and smooth replacement process, please follow these simple steps:

2. **Provide Proof:** Include a clear video and high-quality photos showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received.
3. **Approval & Pickup:** Once our team verifies the issue, we will coordinate the pickup and delivery of your new item through our delivery courier.
*Important: Please do not ship items back to the address printed on the shipping label. We will handle the entire return shipping process for you.*
3. Order Cancellations
**Timeframe:** Orders can only be cancelled or modified within **12 hours** of placement.
**After 12 Hours:** Once an order has been processed and dispatched (after 12 hours), we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.
